Transform Your Life: My Journey to Health and Confidence
March 2023.
I was in full hustle mode. I was working night shifts, juggling a demanding job, planning my wedding, and living on junk food. My sleep cycle was chaotic, to say the least. I’d sleep from 8 AM to 2:30 PM, wake up feeling drained, and dive back into the grind. Somewhere in that blur of exhaustion and stress, I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror. What I saw wasn't pretty—a double chin, sluggish energy, and hardly any time to breathe, let alone move. I wanted change. I craved to feel better. Most importantly, I wanted to feel like the most confident version of myself for my big day.
That’s when I decided to take a chance on a one-week free trial with @owa.fitness. I wasn’t expecting magic—I just knew I needed help. That one week turned into nine months of consistent effort with my coach, Archita, leading up to my wedding. Fast forward to March 2025, and I’m celebrating two years of this transformative journey.
No Overnight Fixes. Just Better Habits.
Working with Archita has not been easy. My schedule was intense, cooking was a foreign concept, and life felt like too much to handle. But Archita? She never gave up on me.
Over the course of nine months, I made significant changes. Here’s what I accomplished:
I walked 10,000 steps a day almost every single day.
I included protein in every meal, making a conscious effort to nourish my body.
I worked out from home 3–4 times a week, often fitting it into my chaotic schedule.
I adapted to sleeping at ungodly hours (4:30 AM or 5 AM) to ensure I woke up by 10:30 AM for workout sessions with her.
Even through the chaos, we managed to make it work. I didn’t just shed a double chin; I built resilience, strength, and habits that I never thought I could sustain.
March 2025: A Lifestyle, Not a Phase
Now, workouts aren’t just a chore; they’ve become a core part of who I am. Archita evolved into more than just a coach—she became my fitness cheerleader. Unlike many programs out there, there were no rigid plans or vague instructions. She showed up for me. Every. Single. Day.
Her approach was personal, compassionate, and empowering. She understood real life, real people, and real struggles. No shame, no pressure—just steady progress and unwavering support.
Who I Am Now
I’m a protein-loving girlie 💪 who loves to lift. Working out now feels natural. It acts as my anchor. And on the days I don’t move my body? I feel the difference. It’s not out of guilt; my body simply misses it. It’s as if something is just a bit off.
This story isn’t just about a glow-up; it’s about building a life where I actively show up for myself. I’ve elected to choose consistency over perfection and strength—inside and out.

Mental Barriers: Breaking Through
When I began my journey, I faced numerous mental barriers. The idea of working out felt daunting. I was overwhelmed by my previous experiences and failures. The fear of not seeing results held me back. However, it’s important to understand that progress takes time.
Now, I view each workout as a step towards progress, not perfection. Acknowledging the small wins leads to a more positive mindset. Each day I show up, I remind myself of why I started this journey in the first place.
Support Systems: The Importance of Community
Alongside having a coach like Archita, having a support system proved to be invaluable. Family and friends cheered me on, and sharing my struggles made them more manageable. Connecting with others who have similar goals has been a huge motivator.
If you don’t yet have a support system, consider finding a fitness community. Online groups or local meet-ups can provide the encouragement you seek. You’re not in this alone.
Celebrating Milestones: Keep the Momentum Going
As I reflect on my journey, celebrating milestones is essential. Whether it’s a small fitness goal or achieving a consistent workout routine, acknowledging these moments keeps the momentum alive.
I document my progress and celebrate the changes—big or small. This practice keeps me motivated and reminds me why I started my journey.
Next Steps: Moving Forward
Moving forward, my focus is on sustainability. It’s not just about looking good for a day; it’s about feeling empowered to live a healthy life. I’m excited for what’s next in my journey and committed to maintaining the lifestyle I’ve built.
Take that first step. The future holds incredible possibilities, and I believe in you. Let’s do this together!
