The nutrition guidance by coach Archita is something one will not like to miss on. The plan works around individual's likes and dislikes, there are no fad diets. The plan does give lot of energy with well managed calorie intake, and I still eat what I like :)

Her workouts are not boring, there is different set everyday, the exercises are curated as per individual, I have seen improvement in myself from my day one till now. I hated workouts, have escaped from them all my life but now I get up easily to start my day with one kick-ass workout.

She is a must have friend during your fitness journey, I won't like to ignore her (like I have done with my other coaches). I never felt the pressure of "Diet" or "Calorie count", I was eased into an improved lifestyle magically. So I was one of those couch potatoes who lost track of my consumption and movement during the lockdown and finally made a decision to join the M&M crew in July 2020.

I've been with Archita for around 4 months now and I've not only dropped numbers on the scale massively but my body has been trained to consume a certain amount of food even on my cheat days!. M&M has made me a way more active person and has taught me to follow a certain routine that I can't seem to do without even after these 4 months.

Personally, for me if I missed my morning class, I'd end up eating wrong and lazing around the rest of the day, so that kind of a start was a great boost for my day to go well. Always looked forward to the... "chalo baccha" and multiple fake promises of "last set, last set, I promise" followed by "only hundred burpees left"
The cool thing about M&M is that Archita cheats just as much as we do! She isn't some crazy ass coach who will ask you to stop eating food. She will also let you party *terms and conditions apply. Heck! She will even party with you and probably more than you do! and and and still manage to drag your ass to class the next day. #CrazyCoachGoals

Having said this, with the massive binge month of December gone by, I have surely let loose and had a great cheat month and I'm all set to get back into it and from here forward only move #OnwardWithArchita!
