The Independent Program is for people who already know how to train — and are ready to do it with a proper plan behind them.
You're not a beginner. You've put in the time, you know the basics, and you're consistent. What you're missing is a coach-designed program built specifically for your body, your goals, and your current level — and the nutrition strategy to match.
The Independent Program gives you exactly that. A written training plan, your personal macro targets, and the structure to run a real body recomposition — completely on your own schedule, with minimal coaching touchpoints.

• Intermediate trainees (1+ years of consistent training)
• People who are comfortable following a written program independently
• Anyone who wants coach-level programming without full-time coaching costs
• Men and women looking to lose fat, build muscle, or recompose their body
Who This Is NOT For:
• Complete beginners who need hands-on instruction to start
• Anyone who needs regular in-person supervision or motivation to show up
• People looking for a group training experience
What's Included:
Customised Workout Plan (PDF) — A periodised strength and conditioning program written for your goals, equipment, and training frequency. Updated each phase.
Macro Targets & Nutrition Guidance — Your personalised daily protein, carb, and fat targets with practical Indian meal guidance to hit them.
Video Form Check (limited) — Submit videos of key lifts for form feedback. One round of review included per program phase.
WhatsApp / Email Support — Direct access for questions between sessions. Response within 24 hours on weekdays.
What This Is NOT:
There is no hands-on training in this program. No live sessions. No real-time coaching. You are the one doing the work — the coach is the one designing it. That's the deal, and it works exceptionally well for the right person.
How It Works:
• Step 1: Book a discovery call. We assess your training history, goals, and current body composition.
• Step 2: Receive your customised program PDF and macro targets within 48 hours.
• Step 3: Execute the program independently. Submit form check videos at the end of each phase.
• Step 4: Program updated each phase based on your progress.
