Option 1 — Live Group Training (Women Only)

 Note: Group classes are available exclusively for women.

Option 2 — Live Personal Training (Men & Women)

 Who it's for: Anyone who wants 100% of Archita's attention — men and women.

 Format: Private 1:1 sessions. Your goals, your pace, your schedule.

 What you get: A fully customised training program, real-time form correction, nutrition guidance, and weekly progress tracking.

 Best for: Fat loss, body recomposition, muscle building, or anyone who's tried group settings and wants more.
